Worship Connect Group was founded by a worship pastor who leads music ministry for a movement that reaches millions every week — and we bring that same standard to your church.
Built by People Who Have Lived It
We started Worship Connect Group because we know the Saturday-night scramble from the inside. We watched gifted leaders wear thin covering the same gaps over and over, and we watched gifted musicians sit on the sidelines with no good way to serve.
There had to be a better way to connect the two. Not a job board, and not a booking agency chasing the biggest fee. Something built for the church, run by people who understand the call and take the music as seriously as the ministry.
So we built a network of musicians who are checked for their playing, their faith, and their character, and we made it simple for churches to reach them. Every match we make comes back to one belief: when the right people serve together, the whole church grows stronger.
