Bring Your Gift to Churches That Truly Need It
If you play well and you want your music to serve something bigger than a stage, we connect you with churches who are looking for exactly that.
Play Where Your Music Actually Matters
You have put in the hours. We help you spend them where they count, with churches who value both your skill and your walk.
-
Real Opportunities, Not Cold Gigs
We connect you with churches who genuinely need what you play, matched to your instrument and your style.
-
Valued for the Work
Church music is real work, and it should be treated that way. We help make sure you are respected and paid fairly for it.
-
A Fit That Makes Sense
We match you to churches whose sound and heart line up with yours, so you walk in ready instead of guessing.
-
Part of the Ministry
You are not a hired gun to us. You are a musician who came to serve, and we place you where that is welcomed.
-
Room to Grow
Serve more, meet other players, and build a reputation with churches who will call you back.
The Musicians Churches Trust
We hold a high bar, because the churches who trust us are counting on it. Here is what we hope to see in you.
-
Skilled
You can play your parts, hold a pocket, and follow a worship leader in a live room.
-
Reliable
You show up early, prepared, and ready. Churches remember the players they can count on.
-
Spirit-Led
You love God, and worship is more to you than a performance.
-
A Servant Heart
You take direction well, you serve the song and the room, and you leave your ego at the door.
-
Ready to Adapt
You can flex across styles and settings, from a quiet Sunday to a packed Christmas Eve.

What Musicians Ask Us First
Do I get paid?
Yes. These are paid opportunities, with rates that depend on the church, the role, and the commitment. We are clear about the details before you accept anything.
How much time does this ask of me?
As much or as little as you want. Some players serve one event, others build a regular rhythm with a church. You tell us your availability and we work within it.
Where do the opportunities happen?
We match near you first. For events, tours, and seasons, some placements involve travel, and you always choose what you take.
What instruments and styles do you place?
Keyboards, drums, guitar, bass, vocals, strings, horns, and full teams, across the range of modern worship and traditional settings. If you play it in a church, we want to know.
Do I need years of experience?
We care more about skill, heart, and reliability than a long resume. If you can serve a room well and you are teachable, apply.
